Apple-to-apple look at AppleCare plans

Apple is adding a monthly AppleCare option that competes with carriers’ insurance, adding theft and loss replacement as an option. Filing a claim for loss or theft is not as cumbersome as with another insurance program, which require a police report. Apple’s main requirement is having the Find My iPhone feature activated on phone.
